Note:
1. The flour and water mixing ratio is supposed to 5:2.
2. The width of the dough is .57in(maximum).
3. Please cut the blended dough into slices(about .39in thickness); sprinkle some dry flour; put it into the pressure roller; and roll it with the hand crank.
4. Switch the dough grade knob in order. Level 1-5 is for noodles; and level 1-6 is for ravioli.
5. Please roll the hand crank clockwise to complete the noodles. Anticlockwise not allowed; or it will be damage to the pasta cutter.
6. There are 6 holes on the inner surface of dough grade knob; which are to hold the settings steadily.
